Detailed terms and conditions for "My Golden Core Guarantee and 1000 Riyal Reward"

To benefit from this unique guarantee and claim the reward of one thousand riyals (1000 SAR), all the requirements outlined below must be met precisely:

First: Adherence to the usage program (45 uses)

  1. Trial period: It is required to commit to using the product designated for hair or skin care for a period of no less than 45 uses in order to ensure that the product is given enough time to achieve the desired results.
  2. Visual documentation: The customer must provide two clear, high-quality images: one showing the condition before starting to use the product and one showing the condition after completing the period. Instructions: Adhere to the usage instructions and recommended dosages shown on the package or in the attachments accompanying the product.


Second: Eligibility and Safety Requirements

  1. Single use only: This product must be the sole source of care during the 45-day period. The warranty is void if the product's components are mixed or if any other non-Nawati care products are used concurrently.

To claim your warranty, please send the request along with the required documents (photos) to the customer service team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the expiry date of the specified usage period before using the oil.

Third: Exceptions to the guarantee

  1. Medical conditions: The warranty does not cover complete baldness or if you have a health problem and are not taking your medication.

Fourth: The mechanism for reviewing and disbursing the bonus

  1. Management Decision: All guarantee requests are subject to final evaluation and review by the Nawati Store Management Team, and the management's decision is final and unappealable regarding the customer's eligibility for the reward.
  2. Reward value: The reward offered to the eligible client is a cash amount of 1000 Saudi Riyals as compensation for not achieving the desired results, or in the event that the treatment is discontinued and hair loss resumes.
  3. Compensation: The reward (1000 SAR) is a final financial compensation and does not include a refund of the amount paid for the product.
